Finally, the end of our program year, and the start of a new one. Our Cubs and their families gathered in a park to celebrate the year completed and brave the depths of the mighty volcano to discover their new rank. Lions became Tigers, Tigers became Wolves, our Wolves set out on their Bear year…and the Bears are, at long last, Webelos. Our Webelos being their last year of Cub Scouts, the Arrow of Light year.
